About this Channel
A design of leadership for "good or ill" - democratic leadership through influence. This channel connects the gate of leading with the gate of the self's role, creating a natural leader who influences through their voice and the clarity of their vision for the future.
A channel is defined when both of its gates are active. Then the two centers at its ends are coloured in, and the energy flowing between them becomes a fixed, reliable part of the person - something others can count on.
