Enneagram
Nine types, nine core motivations. The Enneagram does not ask how you behave but why: what fear drives you, and what desire pulls you forward.
The Reformer
Lives by an inner ruler of right and wrong, and works to fix what can be fixed.
The Helper
Feels everyone's needs before they are spoken - and sometimes forgets their own.
The Achiever
Turns goals into achievements at dizzying speed - and learns they matter even without them.
The Individualist
Experiences the world at high emotional voltage, searching for what is deep and true.
The Investigator
Gathers knowledge and understanding to feel safe in a world that asks too much.
The Loyalist
Scans the horizon for danger, building safety through loyalty and preparation.
The Enthusiast
Chases the next experience with contagious joy - and learns to stay when it gets hard.
The Challenger
A powerful presence that protects the vulnerable and fears no confrontation.
The Peacemaker
Sees every side and holds the peace - sometimes at the cost of their own voice.
What makes the Enneagram special?
Unlike models that map behavior, the Enneagram maps motivation. Two people can act identically for opposite reasons - and the Enneagram tells them apart. Each type comes with a wing that colors it, a growth path showing where it expands, and a stress path warning where it gets pulled when things are hard.
