Motor center - a source of energy. When it connects to the Throat, things can be put into action directly.
When Defined
When the Sacral center is defined, you have a consistent and powerful source of life-force and work energy. This is the defining feature of Generators and Manifesting Generators. Your Sacral energy is designed to be used up through the day doing work you love, leaving you ready for deep, regenerative sleep. The Sacral communicates through gut responses - sounds and physical sensations that tell you what is correct for you to engage with. When you follow your Sacral response, you experience deep satisfaction in your work and life.
When Open
When the Sacral center is undefined, you do not have consistent access to life-force energy. You are a Projector, Manifestor, or Reflector. You absorb and amplify Sacral energy from Generators around you, which can make you feel superhuman temporarily - but this energy is not sustainably yours. The danger is not knowing when enough is enough, leading to burnout and exhaustion. The wisdom is learning to work in efficient bursts, rest before you're exhausted, and not try to keep up with Sacral beings.
